This is him in the fall after i got him he is looking better heis such a sweet heart but i cant ee anything cause thats not my helmet
so this is whisky he is a 12 year old 15hh appaloosa he used to belong to my cusin in ontario My cousin liked him but he decided that whisky and ben werent good enough for him so instead he got a really well trained 17hh dressage horse and this horse was clearly no fit for a beginner he was really high spirited he gave away ben and whisky. So here is the state that these horses are in they havnt had there feet doe proparly in about a year or more he is about 100lbs over weight and whisky had no respect what so ever. They were both empossible to catch and you couldnt ride him without him trying to buck tehe. So our anittial plan was to bring him home i get him reschooled and then sell him again well that didnt happen. I started riding and working with him and we hooked he was my little baby and i was a 2 legged younger shorter and skinnier version of his mommy. I started riding him and we got his feet almost back to the way they should be give him a couple more months though they are still not perfect. so i took my 100 lbs over whieht pony and got him to perfect shape ocver the sumer (no pics though)although you sure cant tell that now he is probably back to square one but with good feet. So in the summer or spring ell june 5th of 2005 i took him to the apps for fun horse show and my lamb old barrel on stelts one a 5th place against at least 12 other fast ppl so you can bet that made me happy. I took him through a 4-h achievment and he did splended my only problem with him is that he dont pick up his feet so it makes his gates really choppy. Over the summer a girl cam out from albeta with little to no xcperience with horses and her grandpa excpected her to be able to ride this fro yr old unbroke quarter horse mare who by chance her name was molly just like me. So she came for lessons with whisky and she learned so much she even fell off a couple times but whisky was great for her and i couldnt have been happier with him i also taught another girl on him and i am now getting another girl just finishing up her skills with him. HE is a great horse and i think he was an english horse at one point but im not sure. So thats whisky.
